The Network portal and the System including all features and functionalities, instant streaming, our website and operator interfaces, and all data and software associated therewith (the "service" or "service") are offered under the protocols and conditions stated in this document, called Protocols of Execute ("Terms") together with the other agreements and documents referenced herein, including any future amendments to any of the foregoing (collectively, the "Agreement"). 3. License & Data

Pinot Insomnia Ltd is pleased to grant you a non-exclusive limited license to execute the Pinot Insomnia Ltd Services, including accessing and viewing the Data on a downing-only basis through the network portal for personal, non-commercial purposes as set forth in these Protocols We reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to make changes and without notice in how we operate our system Any description of how our system works should not be considered a representation or obligation with respect to how the system is required to always be working in the future. This prohibition applies even if you intend to give away the derivative materials free of charge.
Availability
The availability of the Data is required to change from time to time, and from country to country. The quality of the display of the data retains the right to vary from computer to computer, and retains the right to be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection. Pinot Insomnia Ltd makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your instant watching experience on your display.
Geographic Limitation
You retains the right to instantly watch the Data through the system only in geographic locations where we offer our system and have licensed such movie or TV show. 4. Client Services System

Pinot Insomnia Ltd retains the right to condition the timing and delivery of Client services Services in whatever method or manner it chooses, which retains the right to include communication via email. In order to take advantage of the Client services Services, you retains the right to be required to purchase additional or different equipment or services from third parties. Pinot Insomnia Ltd has no obligation to provide any other assistance, client services maintenance, or other services or to perform any assistance by any other method, such as at your location. If Pinot Insomnia Ltd, in its sole discretion, agrees to provide any additional services, such additional system shall be governed by these Protocols and Conditions.
5. Tariffs and Payment
The applicable tariffs is required to be communicated to you through the Services and the Sites. This is a monthly program to the System
Your monthly program starts the moment you subscribe to the system after a 3-day trial of £1.00. If you do not unsubscribe, the System is required to automatically renew on a monthly (30 days) basis and you as the operator give permission for a monthly charge / fee of £39.99 via your credit card to occur.
The applicable tariffs for the recurring monthly program are displayed in your member area and welcome email.
In the event of an unsuccessful recurring payment, Pinot Insomnia Ltd reserves the right to apply a discounted membership rate, allowing you continued connect to to the System If this discounted rate cannot be processed successfully, a £3.00 administrative fee retains the right to be applied to maintain your program until the full or discounted program fee is successfully processed.
Pinot Insomnia Ltd, within the limits allowed by statutory framework is not tasked with for any inconveniences or damages caused by usage of the particular Payment Method, especially delays or impossibility to make payment. In such case you should complain about those services to their provider, in the manner provided by their protocols and conditions. 6. Cancellation
Term
Operator has the right to nullify the program at any time starting from the time the registration was made. Unless you have violated the protocols and conditions of the Pact if you are a Paid Operator a material modification that negatively impacts the System or a suspension, discontinuance, or other termination of the System or the Pact is required to occur at the end of the current term of the System Notwithstanding the foregoing, Pinot Insomnia Ltd retains the right to make a material modification that negatively impacts the System or suspend, discontinue, or otherwise terminate the System or the Pact at any time by refunding you the prorated portion of the tariffs you have paid for the current term of the System through the end of that term. Continuation of the System by a Paid Operator after any such material modification or suspension constitutes the Paid User's pact to waive any claim for any refund of tariffs
Other Remedies
In addition or as an alternative to termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Network portal and/or the System Pinot Insomnia Ltd retains the right to take whatever action it deems necessary or convenient, in its sole discretion, in the event of your breach of Pact Such actions retains the right to include, without limitation, suspending your connect to to the Network portal and/or the System blocking your IP address, or any other technical or legal means at Pinot Insomnia Ltd disposal.
Effect of Termination
Upon expiration, termination, cancellation, or discontinuance of the Network portal and/or the System your right to execute the Network portal and/or System is required to cease in the time stated above, and you is required to have no right to connect to your record or any files or other data contained in your record although residual copies retains the right to be retained in Pinot Insomnia Ltd system. Pinot Insomnia Ltd retains the right to retain any such files or other data at its discretion. 7. Refunds

11. Trademarks
The logo and all other product or system marks are trademarks of Pinot Insomnia Ltd. All other trademarks, logos, images, product and company names displayed or referred to on the Website or any Device are the property of their respective owners. Nothing grants you any licence or right to execute alter or remove such material.
12. Force Majeure

You expressly understand and agree that your execute of the network portal and/or the system is at your sole risk. Pinot Insomnia Ltd and its suppliers provide the system "as is" and without any warranty or condition of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, title and non-infringement.
